Got here at 8:30am to unload a flatbed. It's now 12:30 and still hasn't unloaded me.
I see all these forklifts cruising the lot like they are lost.

poor management and bad employees with bad work ethics. They will make you wait to get unloaded until they feel like working. You should probably try to avoid loads that come here. when you get here, put yourself on off duty status immediately to help protect your clock. The last few times that I’ve been here I’ve noticed that they take 45 minute breaks and over an hour for lunches. The only time to get unloaded with any kind of efficiency is if you have one of the first appointments of the day or one of the last appointments when they’re trying to get out of work on time. they should just shut this location down. This is by far the worst Lowe’s flatbed division that I’ve been to.

My first time here. I had previously had other issues (truck and weather) and had to sit.
Then when I tried to get my trailer there was a mechanical issue.
I went into the front building to inform them and ask if they could come take a look at it and inform my boss so they'd know I wasn't lying and then some lady in the back cubicle wearing glasses starts screaming at me and telling me I'm a tool and telling me what I should have done the day before. I didn't even get a chance to ask for a yard dog to help.
So I left and waited for breakdown to come and see what they can do.
Lowes has made me absolutely hate this job and I'm glad it's my last day.
Nobody that does hard manual labor in the elements wants to hear what a 400lb cubicle dweller thinks about it nor do we care.
Do better.

Right when trucks show up it’s like all the forklifts disappear. Slow at unloading

Very nice people at the security desk they also have a vending machine with 1990 prices. Unload doesn't take very long but it's a bit of process they escort you back and forth.

Not a bad place to unload but some of the unloaders are very rude and will curse you out for no reason at all.

Nice place but I'm sorry, I don't have the money to replace my rolling tarp system due to having to go through the yard with it slid open, just because some people don't care doesn't mean we all don't care that's money out of my pocket for repairs if anything happens

Usually pretty decent about unloading and getting you out…. But occasionally like today…. I had a 7:00 am appointment and still sitting here waiting to be called back to unload and it’s after 8:00am … let’s go!!!
