I’ve been so disappointed. Technicians rush through the process without concern for the client. My recent $50 pedicure lasted a total of 28 minutes. Vey little of anything more than a gel polish. Went for a nail dip and pedi. I was rushed into a chair. Put my hands in a bowl of chemicals and that was that. Very unprofessional

I wasn't going for a while, as I was in the hospital, but I went back yesterday and got a very warm welcome. I believe Lynny Nails is one of the most cleanly and professional salons I've seen. They keep quality products and chairs for our comfort! I missed the family while I wasn't able to go. Always 5 stars.
Requested style: They do what makes you happy. I am always happy withy appointment. Always friendly, and happy to do what needs to be done. ?
Specialties: Anything you want, take a picture in and they can do it. Amazing.
Cleanliness: This nail salon is so clean, and you don't smell any of the chemicals. Everyone keeps it clean. Seriously, I love Lynn's Nails and the family!
Stylist: Danielle is my favorite, but, anyone you get are professional and friendly.

MY FAVORITE PLACE HANDS DOWN. I have been there multiple times and my favorite is Danielle, but all of them are good! I love the way they listen to you on what you want and give you exactly what you are looking for! It is worth my 40 min drive!
Requested style: She can do any design!

I loved them! I got Katie and she did a phenomenal job! Just a warning the colors were a lot brighter than they looked on the nail color options, but it was no big deal!

My best friend introduced me to Lynny nails a few years before I moved to Lansing. I have had nothing but good experiences over the last two years I've been going. At one point, I should have broke a nail, but my nail came away from my nail bed instead. It was awful, but urgent care said to go there and prescribed antibiotics. ?♀️ They got me fixed as much as possible and on my way. I can't speak more highly of my tech Mindy, the manager, and the whole team.

Literally the fastest, most expensive , and worst pedicure ever . I asked for the deluxe pedicure and the paraffin wax she did not even let harden and I had dry wax on feet when I got home. It was $70 and not worth half of that . I will never go back !

I went in for a fill, it had been 3+ weeks. I was told all the acrylic needed to be removed and new put on. I thought "Ok they look kinda rough". the technician proceeded to take off the acrylic and then started to clip down my long natural nail to put tips on. he got 2 before I stopped him. then after I told him I wanted rounded, he made them square and then cut them again to round them off. I have the shortest nails I've ever had. I won't be back and charged me $45.

My experience this time at Lynny was one of the worst Ive experienced. I wanted to get my fake tips removed (of course was questioned why multiple times). They were in a huge hurry so they removed my shellac with a fake nail going under neath, didnt soak my nails or anything before removing . It hurt multiple times and then the last one I was cut removing a whole sliver of my real nail and just get a “ope sorry” Then continued to try and put a bonding coat over my bleeding nail? I pulled away immediately. Was still charged full price to get these removed even though the way that it was done was very unprofessional and left me bleeding and cut.

Came here on a girls day with my best friend and not impressed. A complete rush, and my lady was not friendly at all. She also dropped a tool on the floor that she was using, picked it back up and continued using it. She was still working on my nails as I was trying to pay after she told me I was done. Asked me 5 times if I liked them. I paid $40 for dip, and didn’t get any lotion or anything like that. I didn’t want to leave a tip but felt pressured. Won’t be returning.

Didn't get the color I picked out, the solid color now has sparkles in it from the silver that I wanted on one nail & the silver has the solid color in it. I will never ever go back again!
