Updating review. Red Dot was great, the service has gone downhill since switching to Storage Rentals of America. My code no longer works and they have given my temp codes, but that's not really a good solution as their customer service has limited hours, so now I can't always access my vehicles that are stored there.
Now they have also increased prices though the facility has seen no updates or maintenance being done. Parking lot has potholes, dirt has been washing away from the RV parking hill.

So far I have not been able to use my storage unit because my gate code won't work. I've tried 3 times previously and called Red Dot and wasn't able to get it resolved.......until today! THANK YOU Linsay for taking the time to listen and tell me what the problem has been when no one else could! She provided me with a temp code so that I can use that to start getting things moved from my apt to storage! She took time with the call and talked me through my frustration and definitely left me a better feeling on the situation! :)
