As a store manager in NC, this is appalling. The store is trashed, no food (it was 6:30 pm) one employee (I'm assuming) is not in uniform. Half the pumps are down. I've been in here 4 times in the last couple days and I have yet to be asked for my speedy card and no upselling. No greeting when you walk in. If this were my store, they'd all be written up. Good luck on the secret shopper next time, I doubt you'll pass if you don't fix it!!!

So I go get gas then they hold my money so I can't use it and because of the awful staff that don't know there head from there butt who let's a person leave on empty while I'm on dead empty I'm done here

I don't know what you all are training as far as customer service. But if being RUDE and treating customers as though they are bugging you. Then yep that's what you got. I've been there twice this month 2 different cashiers both super rude and trashy acting. I will not be back!!!!

Well they have updated the systems to these pumps as well and if you have rewards you type it in put your card in if you're not doing it as debit it tells you to remove your card quickly and even if you leave it in there it still doesn't work I've even typed in my PIN number that don't work either speedway needs to update the system and get the bugs out of it because it's not working and this is at several of the speedways not just this speedway. My fleet of vehicles will be going to Shell for now on.

The Speedway in Grand Ledge near Meijer is the only place nearby that had E85 gas. Savings of .50 cents per gallon today!!
