Is anyone even working there anymore? I’ve called and waited the 3.5 minutes it rings before you get the busy tone. I’ve done this 6 times today through out the day. I had a package “unable to deliver”. Mailbox was empty. And my front doorS plural are both clear.

Chris was helping here in Lake Odessa this morning, I am very thankful that my package arrived safe with his delivery. So happy to have been provided with excellent service.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered this past Tuesday and was notified that it would be rescheduled for the next delivery day due to an address issue. I reached out on the usps website to see what the issue was since I had used the same address and ordered from the same carrier several times this month. I got a call from the Grand Ledge post office and was immediately given an unnecessary attitude from a lady saying that she had my package in her hands and there was an issue delivering it because I didn’t have my name on my apartment cluster box. Mind you I don’t need to have my name on there since I have my own box number and I’ve gotten several orders delivered already from this same carrier. She claimed I needed to have my name in or on the mailbox and they would redeliver it the next business day. So I put my name on my mailbox today and just received a message from usps that my package was sent back to the carrier.. she called me at 1:00 PM and it said my package was sent back at 12:00. So she had already scheduled it to be sent back before calling me. Now I have to wait and deal with the carrier and hope for a redelivery. I don’t know who is answering the phone at the Grand Ledge post office but she was very rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend dealing with them. Whoever called me today should find another career path..

Not sure if package was delivered to the wrong house first or a curious employee but this is how my package was delivered to my front porch today. The package was delivered torn open! No way this was a mistake because we have a 2 foot address sign on our mailbox post. I was furious these are baby clothes for a baby shower. I thought it was a felon to open someone else's mail. This is so wrong!

Had a notice I missed a delivery. So waited around the house the next day. Watched the mail man pull up to the mail box put the tag they had tried again.... POS never even tried to delivery it

I loved it because, it was almost closing time, and I had never used this post office before, there was someone already at the service window, and even tho 2 women just walked in at this time she still had a smile on her face, and still was polite as well as sociable!

Called the office to ask a question about stopped mail. (That no one actually stopped) The gentleman I spoke with was extremely rude and would not help in any way. He offered no solution and did not care about the situation. He literally told me “Welp”. Seriously?!?! Poor customer service is an understatement.

Strange! Most of us pay our bills online, send cards online, use other delivery services for packages, etc. and the post office is now automated for the most part and still can not compete. It now takes a minimum of 10 days to get a letter from Okemos to Grand Ledge delivered. I truly believe it is just a few of the people at the Grand Ledge Post Office ruining the service and reputation and it is most unfortunate.
