Staff was unable to answer the simplest questions with confidence. When clarifying and asking again, staff became ornery and disrespectful with their attitude. Young guy with tattoos, really needs to learn to manage his attitude and a little bit more about customer service. It was a pretty embarrassing look for their shop. I have heard many good things about this location, so maybe it's just the one bad apple. Hopefully the rest of you get some of the service I have actually heard about from there....smh.

Terrance Murphy was extremely helpful! I couldn't get my phone and vehicle bluetooth to connect. After trying for several days to resolve it myself, I stopped up to the Verizon store. He was more than happy to help. Long story short it wasn't an issue with my phone but a glitch with my vehicles bluetooth setting. Thank you!
