Their actual pharmacy is a JOKE. They tried to tell me I needed a prior auth on a medication and I didn’t. I’d been filling it at a different Walgreens and they were out. So I tried the Walgreens in Grand Ledge since I work out that way. They refused to give me my medication even after speaking to my normal Walgreens. I told them to cx the prescription and got it filled at a meijer with ZERO issues. Their pharmacist and so called “operations manager” are some of the rudest people I have EVER had to deal with. Like I said….this Walgreens is a JOKE. They need to go back thru training again or get new staff. I will never ever use this location again.

I want to thank the manager and employees for helping my daughter today with photos. My daughter's husband passed away on Monday with the funeral being Saturday. She couldn't get the pictures off her phone to use for the slideshow at the funeral. They went above and beyond to help her. Thank you for your compassion and care.

Terrible customer service! I went to develop photos on the kiosk and then I proceeded tp check and purchase hair color. I stood at the front register while three employees stood behind the counter blatantly ignoring me. One employee was too busy texted on her phone. You also had another employee on the floor doing a shelve change. She seemed to be the only who noticed that I was ready to check out and the only one working. The other three behind the counter were as useless as a bucket with a hole in it. And instead of taking responsibility like a professional, there was no apology. Instead they treated me as though I was an inconvenience. Not sure if there was some prejudice on the basis on race and or social status. In either case, your employees get paid an hourly wage. So there is no reason that they cannot go above and beyond to correct a situation. I might also note that I worked in restaurant/ hospitality for 15 years. I managed the last half of my service career. These employees should be retrained on how to deal with customers both positive and negative. Do better!

I got my first vaccine today......they were behind, and that was annoying, but when I got in for my shot finally, Tabitha was AMAZING!!!! She usually puts off a vibe like she's a b**** but one on one, she was AWESOME!!!!! I didn't even feel the shot. I'm impressed!!!! Thank you, Tabitha!!!!!

Made photo online order on 11.28.2020 to pick up at store, thought would be available next day, it's now 12.12.2020 & nothing. When click track package from email confirmation order, it redirects me to account settings page, no tracking....

Was told on Wednesday , that they would have distilled water in today. But when asked if they had any, was told not sure. The female that somewhat helped me, was not very nice & honestly shouldn’t be working in customer service

Horrible wait time for pharmacy. It’s ridiculous. The times aren’t convenient and then when I finally have time they are closed for lunch. Tell me my prescription will be ready, come here 4 hours after the time and it’s not done. Swear to god I won’t ever use this Walgreens again. Sad this is the closest one to me smh
