8THIRTYFOUR was hired to manage Special Olympics Michigan's (SOMI) National Ribbon Cutting Ceremony PR for a first-of-its kind facility anywhere in the world. They did so much more than manage PR. "Pitch and place" is certainly an expertise worth paying for. But 8THIRTYFOUR brought far more to the table. They took a broad narrative that could have easily and appropriately been capped at one-day event coverage and turned it into multiple disruptive conversations about inclusion in a way that is still a causing a positive ripple effect across different sectors -- something they are continuing to monitor, analyze and support, well beyond the contract. PR seems too small a way to describe that kind of impact.

8THIRTYFOUR has done a fantastic job setting up websites for our non-profit. They are communicative, super friendly, and professional. The new websites are much cleaner and aesthetically pleasing. 8THIRTYFOUR brought our websites into the 21st century and have a done a great job training us on how to use the back-end so we can make our edits on our own moving forward. They can also translate tech-laden information into laywomen's terms, for those who aren't super well-versed in computer stuff. Love that it's woman-owned. 10/10!

The team at 834 is fun and laid back, while also being able to hone in and focus very clearly on their clients goals and needs. We used them for a PR campaign for the launch of our magazine, Nearlywed. They were able to secure media placements and introductions we would have otherwise not had access to. Will continue to work with 834 and you should too!

I have never experienced a more collaborative or selfless group of people—no matter the deadline everyone pitches in to support the client, drawing on each other's strengths and experiences. Kim and her team did an amazing job while working with my organization. It was a complicated press release with a lot of moving parts and Kim was able to navigate it amazingly. We received more press coverage using 8ThirtyFour than we had with any other PR firm combined.
