Abra did a great job on my new Tesla!!! At each stage of the repair the team kept me informed on what they were doing. Drop off/ pick up process was so incredibly easy. I hate that we dented our car but love that Abra put it back to new for us!!!! Great work, and a great team!!!!!

Great service and communication throughout. Far more responsive than my insurance claims handler was. The receipt shows they rejected several parts that showed up damaged - they pay attention and don’t accept junk to fix your vehicle. Excellent work with a nice warranty for as long as I own the vehicle. Appreciate the friendly staff and prompt service. Hopefully you never need their services, but would recommend to anyone needing body work.

I pulled in after scraping my front bumper in a self inflicted “injury” to my car- Gary quickly helped me and gave me an estimate- I took my car in the next day- they did an excellent job with the repair. My car looked amazing- they also cleaned the interior of my car - it looked like it was new again! Highly recommend!

I had my vehicle repaired at Abra, based on a referral from a friend of mine who goes to their Sparta location. The Abra team was great at talking me through my vehicle’s repairs and keeping me updated through the repair process. They also clean your car (inside and out) for you before you get it back. I highly recommend going to either this Abra location or the one in Sparta!! Thanks, Abra!

I waited for 4 months before I posted this review.
After I got my car back from ABRA, I drove it for two weeks and sensor started malfunctioning (the one they had to replace). I took my car back to ABRA and they told me its a battery. After installing new battery I had the same issue. After that ABRA told me they are not sure what was the problem and I should take my car to Ford dealership and that they would take care of everything. I took my car to Ford Fox, which is half a mile away from ABRA, and they told me sensor was incorrectly installed and that caused it to malfunction. After Fox repaired my car properly I took invoice to ABRA for reimbursement, and that's where they started with all those excuses: Why did I take car to Ford Fox? Why didn't I take it to Fox they are working with? Why didn't I bring car back to them once Ford discovered an issue? Then, I should add this invoice to my claim with insurance to be compensated. After a tons of excuses, they told me that they will talk to the owner of the ABRA and they would get back to me. Well, that was on April 17th 2025; I haven't heard from them since.
I understand that while repairing a vehicle mistakes could happen, but not trying to fix your mistake and coming up with any excuses is despicable and poor ethics.
