My wife and I loved renting from Access Property in Grand Rapids, absolutely best resting experience we’ve had.
They were exceptionally prompt with any maintenance requests, easy to manage rental payments online with, and most of all easy to work with.
Eddie and team were very flexible with our moving timing and each interaction just made sense. We didn’t ever feel “nickel and dimed” by them and that was very refreshing.

Not very accommodating . Not helpful in trying to tour one of their properties.

If you've never used their application platform before (findigs), you might be alright. There's a glitch in the system if you have, and be prepared to waste a ton of time and effort trying to resolve.

Scamming people. I met every single criteria and had no problem getting a place after applying and being denied for one of their properties. They will take you application fee and refuse any proof of background checks or credit checks. Which is illegal.
But hey apply if you wanna waste 50 bucks. Oh and ill take down my reviews once I get refunded....otherwise yall scamming and ill be reporting you and telling everyone and their momma about yall SCAMMING.

I have properties in Hazel Park, MI with another group as well as one in Holland.
I now have 4 properties with Access and they are far and away the best I have ever worked with.

I can’t contact to see their properties and the only way to “apply for viewing” is actually just an application for the lease which I don’t know if I want to sign one since I can’t even see what I’m trying to rent.

My two roommates and I have been looking at access property management for a potential rental and so far we have had no issues.Communication from the office has been great, the apartment we viewed was above expectations and I was assured that any cleaning and items left still in the apartment would be removed before we move in if approved.Good job access properties, you guys seem well balanced in customer service, price and your ability to do solid business in the Grand Rapids area!!! I hope we will be moving into one of your properties soon.-Andrew

Lived at Byron Center Lofts for 5 years, only because the price of rent was so cheap. I did notice that since I’ve moved, they’ve boosted the monthly price from $725 to over $1200, which should be criminal. While I was there, they made no updates to a building that’s definitely not up to code. There’s no central AC. They claim they’ll take care of “snow removal” but don’t do anything unless you call and ask for it.I highly suggest doing some extensive research before moving into one of their units.
