They're a great transmission shop they'll build your transmission for whatever needs you have. Our Ford focus decided it wanted to break. I called up Ace, talked to John within a day he added inside. For free diagnosis.

Beyond upset right now, had my 2014 jeep GC in here in the spring for an oil change and they installed the wrong filter on my vehicle, i just spent 1200+ fixing all the issues this place caused my vehicle bc of putting the wrong filter on it. My mechanic advised me to pursue legal action and documented everything for me.Do NOT USE this place. Even for an oil change

Honest, skilled, understanding, and fair priced…what more could you ask for?!!John, Arik, and the rest of the team really went above and beyond when it came to fixing my 16 yr old son’s 99’ Suburban!They gave me there word and followed through with each and every detail without feeling compelled to “tell us what we wanted to hear,” (know matter the situation, they remained honest)!The integrity this team displays is so hard to find within a business now a days, they all really enjoy their jobs and it shows!Thanks again,You have customers for life, I just hope to not have to see you guys for at least a few years, lol!Services: Transmission

I contacted Ace transmission and I told them that I was having issues with my transmission and I explained to them the issues that I was having with it they took my truck for about a week before the gave me a call to let me know that what I was telling them was accurate. They then told me that it was going to take a week so I didn't think too much about it but then I was told that one of the mechanics went deer hunting and therefore it was going to take another week and yet I felt like my life was on hold and I still had to pay the same amount even though it took them a week longer to do it. Now I had a unattached garage fire which took my wife's car my motorcycle and my stepson's car along with the garage which left us to only having that truck for transportation and I explained that to them on the second week that it was there so they said that I had top priority but I still had to wait for whichever mechanic to come back to work on my truck because he was hoping to catch a deer which I found aggravating. So even though I had top priority I still had to wait for 3 weeks instead of two. And they said at the estimate that it was going to be somewhere around $4,900 and I figured what tax it would be around 5:00 but it ended up being over 5,000 and then when I use a credit card they added another $150 which is 10% for using a credit card which I don't know I thought that was weird too so they made it an even 5,000 but I still had to pay the credit card company $150 for 10% of the five grand I've got my truck back since then and even though it's running somewhat nicer it still has issues so Wednesday warranty time comes to be checked in 2 weeks I will let them know that it still has issues so that the warranty won't be void. Other than that, I had another vehicle that I had done there, and they did an excellent job. So that's why I gave them the rating that I did.

Had my car for 7 weeks and didn't do anything. It was supposed to be a diagnosis within the first week butlasted 3 weeks. and 3 or 4 weeks later they tell me we can't do anything for me wasted my time. Erick that works there was cool but other were super rude and act like they have better things to do. Hated my experience with them do not go to them.Service: Electrical repair

Called on a Monday and was told they had hoists open up and could get me in Tuesday. They didn't touch my car until Wednesday. They ordered a part that took almost a week to arrive. They waited until the day after the part arrived to do any work. I was told they'd have it ready for me Wednesday morning. They failed to meet their stated timeline again. All the time my car was there, no one called me to update me on anything. I was constantly having to call to find out what was going on.In the end, John made things right and I do appreciate that.

Service here was an absolute disaster. I would give a 0 star if I could. We chose Ace Transmission because we supposedly have a % off. My vehicle has been there since before Christmas (it is January 18). There has been next to no communication from them, which has required me calling on multiple occasions for updates on where they are in the process of fixing my vehicle. At one point I had been told that they were going to check to see if I needed a whole new transmission or just parts (which I okayed), but then never heard. When I called to check in, they told me that they ordered a whole new transmission and that it would cost $5,500 (which is my own fault for not getting this in writing). At this point I was understanding and said go ahead with the install. Fast forward 2 weeks and I have yet to hear. I finally got a call and was told that final cost was $6,500. I asked why the price was so much higher than my initial quote and was told because of "incidentals" (transmission fluid, alignment, and reprograming - things that need to go in with a new transmission but were not included in the initial quote). I called to dispute - saying that I was not informed that the price could increase and especially by this much (I understand a few dollars here or there but a $1,000 is ridiculous), and was told that John, the boss, was on vacation. When I finally got ahold of him the following week he was condescending, combative, defensive, rude, and wound up hanging up on me. I have never been treated like this in service setting, I am astounded. At this point I am going to pay the misrepresented price, leave with my vehicle, and never go back. I would recommend never using their services.
