This place has been here as far as I can remember and I am telling you, it hasn't changed one bit. The only problem I can see, that would reaĺly affect their business: changing names, doesn't help the fact that they need to spend more time on employer relations. By that I mean always being available if your employee needs help or just has s random quesion. The job of a store manager may be difficult to some and easy as pie to others, but both need to set down a standard on how they train and treat employees. Now (don't flip out) I am not saying all managers don't train their people cause I don't know, but I do know that if I can spend 20 minutes as a customer helping out your employee, then your training is not efficient and you need to spend more time finding out what works for each employee, training and retention wise. You will gain respect from the customer as well as your employees.

Normally I have the high rating for your company but I'm a 65-year-old man that stopped at the 36 and Clyde Park location at 3:30 on 9:22-22 and had to use the restroom the lady was busy the door was unlocked even though it had a sign no customers I used it because I'm old and need to and she threw me out of the business and banned me from the store I was going to buy gas and spend at least $50 in your store I'm so unpleased with this lady she was not polite she doesn't know nothing about customer service.

The female employee just looked at us while the door is locked and the just walked to the back of the store we even knocked on the door to get her attention with no luck that was 8-25-22 at 12:50 am

Absolutely terrible. They locked the door to get inside and claim they are using the restroom with a sign on the door. I left and came back a half hour later any they were still locked up. Alot of customers left and they lost sales. Whoever owns this place needs to restaff.

Was completely ignored by two employees literally sitting behind the counter on chairs so I walked out. What a joke!!

The employees at this location are a joke! They don't speak to you at all unless they have to. Always sitting around behind the counter while nothing is stocked or clean! I wanted to buy a case of drinks this morning and was basically told he will look for it when he gets time. And I'm just standing there waiting he never went to look neither did the other cashier.

The pumps are from the 1980s. And the balding guy gets mad if you ask how to use them. I work for door dash. Get gas everywhere. No pumps like this one. Including other admirals.
