Once again Alger saves the day! Need a special tool for my bike and Alger didn’t have it in stock but they sold me the tool there mechanics use! Saved my weekend and allowed me to go ride.

Incredibly friendly and sincere staff. This is the first bike shop I've ever gone to, and they've been fabulous. They serviced my old bike very quickly and professionally, and when I bought my replacement bike from them and had the frame break on me 6 months later, they not only did the repairs free of charge, but they demonstrated extra precaution in making sure the repaired bike was safe to ride. Highly recommend.

Alger bikes was amazing! We walked in and said "we think we want ebikes but know nothing about them". Brian was amazing talking through different types of options and we didn't feel pressured at all.

I bought a bike last year and the front brakes started to make a noise like a can with rocks rolling down a hill and when I brought it back for a warranty fix they told me nothing was wrong with it. The tech told me that his bike makes that noise he then said don’t use the beake.

First time going here to get some new continental gatorskins for my tri bike. Nathan and Nicholas went above and beyond to help me out, create a friendly environment with good conversation, and create a repeat customer. These gentlemen are awesome, shop is great and prices are fair. I will be returning here for any other future cycling needs. ?

I went to Alger Bikes looking for my first bike. Had no idea what I was looking for. They helped me find a great model and size and fit that I loved. They ultimately didn’t have to color of frame I wanted in stock and they referred me to a different store/location because they wanted me to have the bike of my dreams. The sign of perfect customer service. I will come back here all the time for bike maintenance!

I had been looking for bikes for a really long time, and a friend suggested me to take a look at Alger Bikes because it seemed to have a really great reputation. I gotta say, they definitely live up to their reputation! I am a beginner bike rider, so I didn't know much about bikes in general. The person who helped me, Josh, was awesome. He was very helpful, kind, and patient helping me figure out which bike to try out. I was most worried about sizing, but he walked me through the process and helped me find a height that was good for me. After I finished my purchase, he walked through some things with me to keep in mind as a new bike owner. He even helped me put my bike into my car! The other workers were so kind there and had a wonderful sense of humor. It did seem like a great group of people working there. They have many options for bikes, and are also listed on their website. They have their own parking lot, but there is another parking lot behind their building where you can ride a bike around to test it out. All in all, the workers really know their stuff and were so nice. They have a cute dog there too that roams around the place! I'd definitely recommend this place if you are a beginner bike rider and nervous about making a purchase. But obviously, if you are an extremely experienced bike rider, this is also the place for you.

I bought my mountain bike here in 2017. And in the intervening years, I have found Alger Bikes to be a remarkably well-run business with competent and caring staff. I only have positive things to say, nothing negative. The building does not look fancy, but it is definitely a good place to consider buying a bike. It is a superb place to have your bike serviced.

Thank you Brian and Nathan for sharing your extensive knowledge and experience with us. My new Cannondale CX2 is perfect for gravel or paved trails and we'll be taking it camping with us. We definitely will be recommending Alger to our biking friends.
