I have been looking for a new hairstylist as mine chose a new career path and moved to another state. I've had her for years. I came across angle Salon call made an appointment. I had only seen this gal three times. Did a nice job but last time I went my hair was longer on one side than the other, now my hair can be deceiving it's thick. It has a natural wave to it and when I get a cut it takes a day or two to settle down after it settle down It was longer on one side than the other so I called to get in to see if I can get it fixed first of all she was booked and couldn't get me in, I didn't have to wait long now but still it was an inconvenience. I went in she fix the side asked me if it was OK I said Yep it appears to be the next day after I washed it the other side needed a little thinning out, so I contacted her and asked if I could get back in, when I read the reply, I was absolutely shocked. She told me no she told me that if she trimmed up the other side, it would end up being way too thin and I would not be happy. I know my own hair what she should've said was let's make an appointment. I'll get you in here and will check it out, that is the worst customer service I have ever experienced I didn't even know how to reply at the end of her message she told me I just want you to be happy. I told her thank you you have a nice day. I found another hairstylist and she fixed it. I was completely satisfied, this hairstylist was at another company so I called angle salon left a message cancel my appointment and said we weren't hair compatible. I am not naming her name. She knows who she is. I just want to let her know now I am happy and then I wish you the best, this behavior was 100% not acceptable.

Got a $45 "shellac Mani Scrub" they don't do any type of massage (as advertised) they just put lotion on. Make sure to take allergy medicine if your allergies are triggered by dust. Don't look up when you go in.

I've been coming to see Jodi at Angles to have my hair cut and colored for years and have never been disappointed. Every appointment is like a mini-vacation for me. Jodi's skills with a scissors are second to none and she's an excellent colorist, always striving to give her clients the results they're looking for but ready with suggestions as well to help keep her clients looking and feeling their best. Whitnie has been my hairstylist for years and it was no question I would have her do my wedding hair - both a trial and day of. Whitnie and Micaela from Angles came to the hotel room and turned the bed head of myself and my bridesmaids into beautiful updos for us all that were all similar but unique to each of us. Our hair stayed in place throughout the day until we started taking the bobby pins out that night!
