Drive threw waited 1/2 hour and 5 cars behind me. Ordered 2 hot fish sandwiches way over cooked and cold will never go back

My last 3 visits to THIS Arbys have been similar to the previous review...Either they forget something, the food is cold, or I have to wait forever. They ask what sauce you want multiple times, but once you pull forward the sauce is never in the bag.. Staff is nice and seem to be trying but food is inconsistent and will no longer be wasting my money at this location.

My last 3 visits to THIS Arbys have been lackluster...Either they forget something, the food is cold, or I have to wait forever.Today, a perfect example. 11am, nobody in the drive-thru, 1 car parked in the lot. I ordered 6 roast beef sliders, and a small jamocca shake.I was given the shake and asked to move forward for them to bring my order out to me.I waited 9 minutes for 6 sliders, and the entire time.. NOBODY showed up to order food.I'm just unhappy with this location.

Horrible service at the drive through, said my order 3 times loadly and they couldn’t get it right, worker was obviously incredibly high. And of course the order I received was literally nothing I ordered but charged full price.

Was told to drive-through that they ran out of beef and then when i ordered a chicken sandwich she left and came back saying they are just getting some of that out so it will be ready in a few minutes. Sorry but how the heck do you manage to run out of 80% of your menu ? Girl at the drive through was nice but that doesn’t mean much when theres literally no food available.

I sat in the drive thru behind another vehicle who was screaming at the speaker for at least 5 minutes. I drove around them after the other 4 vehicles behind me did the same. When I got to the window I tried to tell them what was happening and some snotty young girl in the back said, "well our thing didn't go off so it's not really our fault" rolls her eyes, and walks in the back while drinking a drink. Someone else asked if I wanted to place my order now and I said not anymore. What happened to customer service and common decency? I was not once rude to them, I was just trying to let them know what happened. I worked in service for 15 years and that would've been a write up back in my time. I can safely say I won't be back to this Arby's anytime soon.

Great service, was really happy with the way they treated us. Long story though I can say first time in a long time someone showed generosity. Was very Happy made my night with gesture.

The Arby’s advertise the orange shake poster on the walls of the building, we pull in to the drive threw to get the orange shake, they do not have the orange shake. The guy working the window also had Attitude.

Out of mozzarella sticks, out of most kinds of their cola. Floor was very sticky like it had not been cleaned in a
