“I honestly wanted to take a moment to give a special shoutout to Zoe in the framing department. The moment she learned what I was needing framed, she took it extremely serious and that really meant a lot, as it was a jersey my adopted sister wore in college before she passed away. The gentle approach she took was heartfelt and sincere, so I knew deep down that she was the perfect person for the job.
To say that Zoe knocked it out of the park would be an absolute understatement. It came out just how I imagined it, and it will be forever cherished in our family's home.

“James the Manager was amazing. I was looking for a $30 item for my daughter for Christmas and he went out of his way to find it for me. Not a big sale to say the least but he treated the process like it was. So kind and helpful to dig through several boxes that were just delivered. Going to extra mile and with a smile is so rare these days. Much appreciated James! And the other associates were great as well. One offered us a seat while we were waiting. “So many choices! I really liked looking at the large selection. I sure hope they find a new location. However - the lady at the checkout who was organizing to add up my total was so incredibly rude. I'm not sure if she was just having a bad day but wow. The lady who told me my total and took my card was super friendly. It was sort of weird since they were right next to each other.”
