Frustrating to show up at 20 to 7 and find the lights off and door locked. Maybe the guy behind the desk didn't feel like working till close? If that's standard procedure they shouldn't post they are open to 7 on the door and online.
Second time I tried this location, it is 530 on a Friday, nobody is in the store. Posted hours clearly state open till 7. If you are never here, how do you stay in business? Promise not to try again.

Deiona provided excellent customer service at the Knapp Corner AT&T store. She helped me find and purchase the phone accessories I needed, she explained new AT&T services I was not aware of, asked a friendly team member to locate items that were in stock at a different store, and contacted customer service for me. She was nice, fun, and relatable. Thanks Deiona!

Previously, I had gone to another at&t store and by the time my bill came around this month, I was paying double the amount than before!!!! So this time, I went into the Knapps corner locations and Deiona was INCREDIBLE!!! She helped me break down my bill, kept what I needed on my plan, and even suggested that I look into getting my Internet through them, so I'm going to! She is warm, knowledgeable, and had me laughing the whole time in the store even though phone stores kill my mood. 10000/10 experience. Keep up the good work, Deiona!!
