After leaving the location on 28th street. And not being in a good mood. So the question was this is what we needed to do and the guy said sure let’s get this taken care of and get you guys new phones so we would of walked out with new phones tonight but that dumb stolen feature was on and it took. An hour to deactivate and it would have put us over the time the store would have been open til. So we got that turned off and will be going suck in the morning to get our new phones.
Had a very awesome experience with this corp store will be returning again. If need mobile assistance thanks again for all the awesome help and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT TURNING US AWAY JAY!! You’re awesome and keep up the amazing work buddy.

We were well served by Jaden when we came in last weekend to explore deals for trading in phones for upgrades, in return for staying with AT&T. Jaden was professional, knowledgeable, clear, and warm-hearted. We left with new phones and growing regard for AT&T because of Jaden. He deserves a promotion or at least a raise!

Employee mislead my husband and I to go to the Apple Store and purchase our phones there, claiming we could still get our trade in promotion money back if we traded in our phones within 30 days. We went to a different store to trade in where they informed us that is not how it works, and the employee most likely just wanted the commission. Now dealing with the headache of returning our phones to the Apple Store and starting all over at a different ATT store. We asked so many clarifying questions when dealing with the first employee and he informed us it didn’t matter where we got the phones, we would still be able to get the trade in value. Nope.

I came in yesterday and got a brand new IPhone 15 for $5.99mo. Kaleb did an awesome job. I left extremely satisfied! I upgraded from having a iPhone 7 . Hahaha My boyfriend also received a iPhone 16 pro max with trade in. Thanks again Kaleb !

My husband and I needed new phones. Terrill and his coworkers set us up with new phones at the best deal we could find. He transferred all the info from old phone to new, and answered all of our questions. When I went back to the store with a question about syncing calendars, his coworker was able to take care of it quickly and successfully. Any time I've gone to that store, everyone has been kind and most helpful. Thank you!

After a short wait my husband and I were fortunate to have Jadon help us at the AT&T store off the East Beltline near Woodland Mall. He was so patient with all our questions, extremely knowledgeable, gave great advice and excellent tips. We upgraded 4 phones, turned back in 2 old phones towards the new purchase. Jadon was very efficient with quoting us, went out of his way to find any extra promotions we could get and such a pleasure to work with. If you are at this AT&T location. I recommend you request Jadon to help you out.

I've had a lot of bad luck with AT&T - I went into the store as a last resort, because the customer service line was not helpful with my issue. Jay was absolutely incredible. He was so sincere and kind, and was so quick to resolve my (rather lengthy) issue. I appreciated how patient he was, despite me taking up a good chunk of his morning. He even went out of his way to open the door for me when I was leaving. Jay, THANK YOU! :)
