Wowzers! I went in looking for a new phone and Jesse and Christian worked together to find the best deal that they had available! I will definitely be coming back when I need another phone (hopefully not soon but you never know)

Christian was very helpful and knowledgeable when navigating AT&T's systems. Even when he ran into an issue he knew exactly what to do next to quickly resolve the issue. Professional and intuitive. Didn't presume to think I knew everything, but was able to know that I wasn't completely ignorant. Excellent over all experience!

Went into this location to pay off and upgrade our phones and got told we couldn’t do it. The lady called an assistant manger and the guy said yeah we can do that and then said we would have to order the phones and they would be shipped. So I then got on the phone with customer service and got told that was some bull. Bc there was no reason that this store we were at could not do what needed to be done for our accounts and we walk out with phones. So instead we went to a corp store and had a wonderful experience and will not come back to this location again. Horrible horrible to turn customers away.

Employees had minimal knowledge of the Samsung Galaxy’s!!
Recommended us to go to another AT&T store!! WHAT?????
I shouldn’t have to go to another AT&T store to get people to help me with my phone.
Also, what’s up with having no accessories for any of your phones anymore??
Also it would be nice if you hired employees that actually smelled good. The employee I had to deal with literally stunk. 🤢

I was told I couldn’t upgrade because they dont except next trad ins … if I wanted to upgrade I was told I could only order the phone and that’s their new policy for anyone doing next up it’s ORDER ONLY. Good thing is Best Buy was right around the corner . Got new phone same day with next up program .. added 2 watches for holidays as well. Management is so poor on this side of the state. Policies should be by the book and not by the ones a manager sets himself. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone looking to spend thousands of dollars in financing … purchases like this should be complimented with customer service , especially during the holidays. Mind you I worked for the company for 6 years so I strictly wanted my business with them. The manager at cascade is destroying a strong cultured AT&T environment .

Great experience. Not only did we upgrade to 2 new iPhones and an iPad smoothly, Jesse came up with great ideas for us to make changes to our account, add insurance and still have it cost less per month than we were paying without insurance. Value-Add service for sure. And, he was really nice and great to work with. We can’t ask for a better experience. 5 Stars +++.

Mason, Jesse, and Chantal work together as a great (and very effective) team at the 28th Street AT&T store. They have in-depth technical expertise and were able to accomplish some fairly complicated tasks in activating my new phone/service. A friendly, positive, and engaging team. Very impressed.

Mason took the time to understand my needs and guided me through the best options for my new phone plan, making sure I got the best deal possible. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He answered all of my questions with patience and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase before leaving.
