My experience with Auto-Owners has been extremely exceptional! I have owned multiple homes in the past 40 years myself nor my late husband have never had to file a claim. And then it happened June 6th 2025. I was very distraught. I had no idea what to do next, nor what to expect, I called my Insurance company, they told me I would be hearing from the adjuster soon, very next day Andrew B. called me, he walked me through the steps of what would be going on, and got the ball rolling immediately, next day I got a call from Service Master Restoration, following day they were here drying and set up dehumidifier. Less than a week when all was dried out etc. Andrew was out to my home and did his Adjustment. I was very pleased with the result. I don’t know much about computers and he was very patient and kind. I was nervous where to go next, he walked me through the steps. Long story short I give Auto-Owners 2 thumbs up and a twist! 5 plus stars for sure! They were very prompt, helpful, kind, patient and very fair. Thank you Auto-Owners

Auto Owners and their Adjuster Andy are phenomenal! I recently had a collision with a sandbar which caused extensive damage to the outdrives on my boat. They handled the claim approval and payment in record time without any hassles or hiccups!!! Ithey comer my home, my vehicles, boat and everything I own. I was amazed at their response time and customer service. I couldn’t have asked for anything better or more thorough. I will recommend Auto Owners to everyone.

We recently lost about 90% of our belongings due to a storage facility fire in Grandville. Auto Owners Insurance and Joe Lewakowski in particular made this nightmare a lot easier to deal with. Joe was very understanding and helpful throughout the entire claims process. He was always there to answer any questions and concerns. Joe is a great asset to Auto Owners!

I had a loss on Sunday. I contacted my agent Monday morning and received a call back from a claims adjuster, Mark Hoffman, about an hour later. I submitted all of my documentation to him and received compensation before the end of the day. He was very helpful and courteous. I will recommend Auto Owners to friends and family members.
