When someone says they don't need your help. That means you leave them alone. But no crazy lady was stalking me trying annoy me. I don't need you to stand there while I look at products. I had to tell her multiple times to leave me alone. Then she proceeded to try and get someone else. I said I was fine. Don't bother me.

The worker had no intentions of helping me. Right off the bat she was not helpful and when I asked if they could install the battery for me she said “if we can fit you in!” Bad experience overall and ended up going to Advance Auto Parts across the street and they were 100% better and I was in and out within 15 mins. I waited it line at autozone for at least 20 minutes.

I had a bad experience at the 60th street location, came here directly after and they had the best customer service in the world and helped me with exactly what I needed. They go above and beyond with the biggest smile on their face will definitely be the only location I go.

Terrible service. Asked if they would help me find a suitable battery for my trailer and they told me they don't help with that. Never going back to that store.

Jadon dropped in a new battery and installed new windshield wipers for my son’s car on a super cold day in January and he did it with a friendly and cheerful attitude! I appreciate this personal customer support!

Logan deserves a raise! I came in 30 minutes before close and he helped me to diagnose my dead battery, got me a great price for the new one, and was going to install it for free on his own time which I insisted he took some cash for! I was in a tough spot as someone who had never changed a battery and didn’t have the right tools. Thank you AutoZone!
