Have always had a good experience using the range, rentals and good ammo. Staff is nice, attentive and professional. Their training is good. Have had multiple classes here with Derek, Gary and Zeck. Be aware that some real world scenarios presented by the instructors can be intense at times.

Great team here. Safety is their number one priority. If you have gun questions or concerns all the staff is amazing here. Joey is an exceptionally helpful person. 10/10

*Update* 08/28/2024 LC Tactical LLC in Alto, MI charges $30
To start, the employees that work here are top notch. They are relatable and knowledgeable. Employees are 5 stars in my opinion. The owner of the shop is a different story… If you purchase a firearm from PSA for example, the transfer fee is $60. For reference, T-Rex Arms charges $15. Charging $60 seems to be something a “yt dude for harris” would do.

Customer service was terrible and that’s an understatement. Charged me twice and just said to have one of my other buddies pay me for it. So charged us an extra charge and said ‘oh well, nothing we can do now’. On top, there was 3 of us that was in the military and said ‘can’t do military service today’ what does today mean? Rude and unprofessional

Nice place, clean environment, comfortable couches outside the range too. Seemed safe as well, doors to the range locked, and they had shooters read and sign wavers. Staff was VERY friendly, in the range and out front. I didn't visit upstairs (store) but I may next time. Handgun rental is also cheap.

Working with guns everyday myself, I found all of barracks crew was able to teach me something new. Felt respected my whole visit as well. They even showed me some of their personal gun builds and some information on the products they used and why. Thanks again for the great experience. I will be back to utilize that clean range and to learn. Sounds like a suppressor is in my near future as well!

I Was told the shotgun I was buying for my salvo 12 had a removable choke it didn't. And i only had the gun a couple days still has all the stickers on it and the box and they refused to even take the gun back as trade in mind you I've spent thousands of dollars through these guys dont recommend getting anything from here they are extremely inconsiderate and will lie to sell you something and not even work with you.

My instructor Joey was awesome . I was super nervous , super overwhelmed but he came through and made it so I was less nervous and I even ended up shooting ok. I did have experience with guns but not handguns and I’m telling you if you’ve never been formally trained it is so worth it. There’s a lot you don’t know. I feel like I have quite a ways to go until I feel comfortable carrying but what a great start. The prices are very reasonable for one on one training. Definitely will be taking more lessons.

Love this place! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I've taken several of the courses that they offer and the instructors were very educated, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended!

I have zero experience with firearms and signed up for a private lesson. Especially as a woman I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. The instructor was professional, kind, and very informative. He made sure I was comfortable through each step and by the end of the session, I was actually having fun and I can hardly wait for the next lesson.
