I went to Knapp because I had a hard time returning a broken bottle to another store! I was treated poorly and did not return my product! So a family member referred me to Knapp and I had the best experience! The ladies were so kind! They helped me find products with like scents and were just amazing! The store looked great! The overall experience was refreshing and I have found my new home store! So keep up the great job ladies I am sure I will be seeing a lot of you!
