Poor customer service don't honor their parts impossible to get your money back so don't buy parts from them no one in the place can hardly speak English and they never let you speak to a manager or a supervisor

This place is trash, sold me a headlight that failed intermittently after 2 weeks then didn't want to let me return it without a box. I put a different brand light and had no problems. Now apparently because I made them return a junk part they locked my account. There's other places to buy from with better quality. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else...

IF YOU WANT YOUR IDENTITY STOLEN THIS IS THE PLACE!!!! they take your debit and driver license upstairs and make copies.. They sold me a fender they never had in the warehouse but later tried selling me a more expensive one. This place has TERRIBLE service. Try junkyard or Amazon instead of this garbage place.

I have an account and they constantly send me the wrong parts and there supervisors are extremely rude and keep attitudes ?. I feel like if you can't deal with the public then find another job. The company sends me the wrong parts then when I come to return them after paying for them the supervisor on the floor starts throwing perfectly good parts as he checks them back in because he has a attitude. A trip to the junk yard is worth not having to deal with attitude and language barriers.

Waited 2 hours for them to pull parts they said they had. They never pulled them and refunded me a week later after waiting hours in the office for parts and not getting any. The junk yard is cleaner and faster then this dump. I would not come back again.
