So far my communications over the phone with this establishment are 100% positive, they seem to know there services well and can explain them accurately and in a way you can understand. Both the gentleman I spoke to over the phone were very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and approachable. I will update this later if I decide to go with there services.

I cannot recommend Big Lake movers enough! They are very responsive, professional, helpful, charismatic, and respectful. They moved us out of our 5-bedroom house and a storage unit into two separate places - a condo and a lake cottage. They never complained as I made mistakes and had to change where things went. They worked HARD and cared about our things. BIG shout out to the owner, Mach, and our movers, Nate, Omar, Paul, and Jeremiah. They were amazing! Thank you!

Moved about 10 days ago into our apartment from storage unit and guys were outstanding. They also moved our things into storage last June. Nothing broken and they put beds, dressers, and some small cabinets all back together. Highly recommend for any type of move.

I highly recommend Big Lake Movers! Blue and Ray were punctual, professional, and respectful. I was impressed at how quickly they worked, giving me more time in the day for unpacking! I even had piles of items to be moved and others that would remain, and I only had to tell them once which piles to pack and they got it right away. Thank you for making my first big move a breeze!

We used Big Lake Movers for our recent move. We have used them multiple times. They are always professional, communicate well and they work extremely hard. Yesterday we had the "J" team, they are a great pair. The owner is always caring and helpful.

I hired Big Lake Movers at the last minute to move out of my house and was VERY impressed with the overall service. I was fortunate to have Paul and Jeremiah as my movers for multiple days and they were both kind, courteous and gentle with all my antique furniture and belongings. Utilized Big Lake Movers to move with my family across metro Grand Rapids. The crew was punctual, communicative, and worked hard. I’ll use this company for any future moves I make. We arrived into town 2 hours earlier than our appointment, Mach came personally to unloaded until his movers arrived. He was very professional and made every effort to make our move easier.
