I bought a Bissell upright vacuum Model 3437F in September 2023. It didn't work right out of the box. The belt was broken. Customer service would not let me return the vacuum. They sent instructions on how to replace the belt. The belt was Out of Stock. It is now February 2024. The belt is still Out of Stock.I cannot recommend Bissell products, nor can I recommend Bissell customer service.

I tried to order Bissell crosswave and the order was cancelled several times, I ended up going to Walmart, don't waste your time ordering thru Bissell,the extra cleaner isn't worth the hassle.

I love my little carpet shampooer. I had some issues at one time that wasn't Bissell's fault and the customers service was awesome. Thank you Bissell.

I contacted Bissell and spoke to Customer Service and advised them that PRIOR to this order shipping that the motor had stopped working and the repair was well over 150.00 to repair and the repair store did not recommend spending that advised I replace the unit. Your customer service person was zero help and the order shipped 2 days after speaking with your representative. Additionally your representative advised of your easy return policy so no problem. PROBLEM you are now charging me 4.95 to return the items that I attempted to cancel prior to shipping! Not only could your representative in the initial call help me with why dirty water was coming out of the vent as your own web page mentions this anomaly but does not offer any corrective measures. He advised I order these new parts. Then the motor stopped the day after ordering the parts from water infiltration thus ruining the motor. I have several Bissell machines and products but this is a kick in the teeth. Had I ordered fron a major online retailer I would have had FREE returns with my Membership! So while you slap me with 4.95 I just cancelled the new CrossWave with Stream machine at a cost of 299.99. Be assured I will never trust Bissell. Customer service was dismal and your easy returns is a expensive! I

BUYER BEWARE: I placed an order for a replacement part at 7 AM but then soon realized my Bissell Crosswave was still under warranty so I tried to cancel my order at 9 AM right when their office opened. They said it's not possible as it's already being processed. Well, 7 business days has passed it still hasn't shipped! Calling in a 2nd time has not resulted in any change. Once they have your money they don't care when or if you get your order.

Terrible customer service! Terrible products as well. I bought a vacuum and in 60 days it stopped working. I called customer service and they were extremely rude and told me I was out of my 1yr warranty. Customer Service is a lost art. I will never purchase a bissell product for my business again. Thanks for ruining my day.

I purchased a Bissell Crosswave from QVC and I love it. for years I have struggled with the mop and bucket. I am 74 years old and have to use a wheelchair to do my cleaning, I have back issues. It takes me less than half the time it used to to get all my floors done. I see now you have a crosswave with steam. If I could afford it I would get that one also. Only thing I don't like, the cord gets in the way and wraps around my wheelchair. Highly recommend the crosswave to everyone, we all have floors and this does tile, wood, carpet areas. Thank you

Two days after purchasing a replacement vacuum for the one that almost caught fire I started receiving lots of emails offering a 25% discount. I had already ordered one and it showed up about the same time as the offers. I asked for a refund of the discount…I was told I would have to pack it back up and pay to ship it back and reorder another. Talk about stupid….poor customer relations….Apparently the company is more concerned over a few dollars than it is treating their customers well. In the future I will be purchasing another brand. This experience has really soured me on BISSELL and I have been purchasing their products for years.

I have been doing business with Bissell for over 20 years and always has been satisfied. The last 2 purchased carpet shampoo machines with a warranty, ironically were discounted and was not able to have the devices replaced. The machine is a hazard with shocking waves coming from it. When I called customer relations to address this situation and all they had to say "we apologize this model is no longer available" without providing options for a resolution. I guess this is the "intent to deceive" or "bait and switch" business practices. This is an unethical practices I have.ever seen. There are more options with other competitors I have a choice to patronize that will treat me better than how I was treated. This report will be sent to the BBB, Attorneys General, and Federal Trade Commissioner.

Probably the worst robo product ever made (I have had 2 other robo brands) My Spinwave was replaced twice in one year and now I’m told it’s now out of warranty. The until will move a few inches then stops in middle of the room and beeps twice. Both units did the same action after running for only a few months. No rhyme or reason, wheels are free, bin is empty and no blockages. $220 down the drain! Customer support said they would give me 20% off on another one. Isn’t that nice of them! I plan to return this piece of junk to the corporate office in GR.
