I had a bit of a mishap with a pole and completely wrecked the driver's side of our Honda Odyssey. Needless to say, I was devastated. However, thanks to Bob's Collision, what could have been a total nightmare turned into a remarkable recovery. They not only repaired the damage but brought our minivan back to its original, beautiful condition. The craftsmanship is impeccable, and you'd never guess it was ever in an accident. The team at Bob's Collision demonstrated professionalism and skill throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and delivering on time as promised. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Two weeks after I purchased my "new-to-me" 2012 Mercedes Benz, a huge tree branch landed on the back of the car, smashing the tailgate and damaging the moon-roof. Needless to say, I was pretty bummed. My friends over at Arie Nol Auto Service suggested speaking with the great folks at Bob's Collision, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. They made everything so easy and simple (Progressive Auto Insurance, not so much, but that's another story). Not only did I have my car back in about a week - but because they had to remove the headliner to repair the moon roof, the entire car was detailed (including emptying my tiny waste basket! Who does that?!). We were kept informed every step of the way, and although I missed my new-to-me car, I was so happy to have it back in such great condition. Seriously, 10/10.

I hit a deer and called around to find a place to service my car. I had actually called a couple of places before I called Bob’s and those places could get me in the first week of January but they weren’t very friendly. When I spoke to the woman at Bob’s, she told me it would be around the third week of January. But she was so much kinder than the other places I spoke to and when I told her I was going to call around she said, “Ok no problem, I hope we hear back from you!” I hung up the phone and sat there for a minute and called back. I thanked her for being so kind and friendly and told her I wanted to go with them. They ended up getting my car in yesterday (12/14) and it was done by 2pm when I dropped it off at 10:30am. She even let me run and get my checkbook so I wouldn’t have to pay the 3% processing fee! I can’t say enough great things about my experience. Oh, and they even offered to drive me home after I dropped my car off! Thank you so much for everything, Bob’s Collision!
