I went in to get an upgraded phone. I picked out the Samsung a15. The young girl was really nice about stuff but when I went in about a week later cuz my phone was glitching on and off. My calls kept hanging up and I wanted to exchange my phone within the 10 period for the same phone the lady told me that since it was an upgrade I couldn't switch it and since I didn't have insurance on it the answer was NO!! When I got my phone I was never asked if I wanted insurance and I never got a receipt. So now I'm stuck with a phone that is supposed to be brand new but works like a piece of crap. I deserve a new phone but the same kind. The lady didn't even want to hear me out so I left. I won't go back again and I will tell my friends and family not to even waste their time
