If I could give a negative star review, I would. This was THE WORST customer service experience i can recall in years… ever??? Went in to discuss a bulk buy of devices and plans for a local sports program. I barely got 5 words out and was yelled at aggressively then asked to leave the store. While walking away I was called names by the primary employee to the other…. HORRIBLE experience.

I went in to buy a brand new phone little did I know dude sells me a gently used galaxy phone for 200 plus some change,I get home find out the camera doesn't work on the phone go back up there and he takes a look for like a minute tells me to come back another day or in a few hours,I do and he's not there. Told me he would throw in a free phone case but never did either. Man I will never go there ever again,I'm done with boost.

If I could rate the service without giving it a star I would give it zero stars very poor customer service and no one ever answers the phone horrible the most horrible inner-city boost mobile store that I ever been to
