For one no disrespect but can not understand dude! My battery is VERY HOT! He said e people came in with same issue! Why is boost giving phones with bad batteries that over heat & possible catch fire? He refused to replace said I would have to pay $175.00 for new battery or pay over $100 to upgrade. Everyone knows batteries do this but if 3 people in week have same issue the fault is BOOST MOBILE WHO SHOULD RELPACE FOR FREE!!!! That guy at 54st in grand rapids just wanted to make money such a con!! Beware

I don't know his name, but I vizier the store on 54th st in Kentwood, mi he gave outstanding service!!! Taking customers in between while working with a customer! Great job! Great service!

I ordered 2 phones from boost mobile online and tried to activate at home. It told me I needed to upgrade my plan. I went in to this store and Jose was working. He was very nice and professional! After customer care giving him the run around, and at one point even saying the phones weren't compatible with boost, he was finally able to get someone who had the knowledge everyone should have working for boost! I have had many issues with immature people working in this store and was very impressed with how fast he was able to help me with my issues. I give 5 stars for his service alone!

Not my favorite Boost Mobile store. It seems to be lacking in supplies quite often and also in staff. If there is someone ahead of you be prepared to wait for awhile. The staff is friendly and helpful, but they also push you to buy the more expensive items and don't even have the cheaper items in stock. My experience personally was so- so, I would have liked it more if there was more staff and variety with cheaper options actually available and in stock. All in all, meh.
