Just took my kid to school bought the same sub with stamps...as they argued over the freezer...came back today to get my kid the same treats for lunch...and now the cold sub isn't acceptable for food stamps...they felt combative but I appreciated the service and kept it moving...just couldn't let it pass how certain conversations should beheld in the office and how a cold sub is covered by foodstamps and felt it was biased

9:36am, Thurs 11-17-22. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I said hello when I came up to the counter....no response in the slightest. They continued to talk amongst themselves. Once my items were rang up there still had not been 1 second of interaction or eye contact. Nobody told me I was good to put my card in, what the total was, etc. After my card went through I got a very bland " You're all set."Its unfortunate that you try to be a good customer and be polite to the people serving you only to be completely ignored. I will not give an establishment such as this my business again. Simply acknowledging someone can go a long ways, or not.

Ashleigh the store manager did an OUTSTANDING job correcting a payment processing error I had. Went above and beyond to fix the issue and ensure that I, as a customer, was happy. I will continue to get my gasoline from this location and BPs only!! Great work BP Staff!

The pizza place in here is never open so don't bother coming in here for food. I'm not sure why they have signs all over the parking lot for pizza when they don't have any.

I stop at this station from time to time. There is a pizza joint right next store, accessible from the gas station that has good cheese bread. I haven't tried anything else of theirs. The gas station has a large variety of pops and slushies and copies. What I do like about this gas station as they participate with Upside, which I love! I will continue to use them as long as they are with Upside!

I always leave this place frustrated. I will give it this, It is well lit at night, in a convenient location, and clean. For some reason all of the pumps have trouble taking cards. Their little restaurant “Junction pizza and subs” has the worst hours. I’m not sure why I have been here more than once. I know it seems petty but every time I go here the pump just displays “please see attendant”

Worst card readers I’ve ever come across. Just got a new credit card about two weeks ago and it has worked everywhere except here. Tried it at four different pumps to no avail.

I normally love stopping here it's close to home it's clean it's convenient the staff is normally really nice. However on my stop today, 7/25 10:30 am, the blonde female cashier was too busy talking to her friends to talk to people stopping into the store give them receipts or pay attention to how they were paying. The chip reader was being picky and as I was trying to clean off my own debit card chip she reached across the counter and took my debit card out of my hand without asking and just said a "just give it here. It doesn't like the slide" If she would have been paying attention to the person she was helping and not her friends she she would have noticed I was cleaning off my own card . Her friends were the ones to ask how my day was and told me to have a nice day. The cashier was too engaged in her personal conversation. I would highly suggest to anyone else if this blonde is working and too busy talking with her friends to go to any gas station further down the street. I would normally try to reach someone on my receipt information but as I didn't get asked if I wanted my receipt and didn't get it, google will have to do.
