I had an outstanding experience working with Caliber. It was setup through my insurance and they made everything so simple. My repair took a little longer than initially anticipated but they made sure I had my car before the weekend so I didn't need to pay for a rental through the weekend.
My car looked great when I got it back and they had also basically detailed the interior which I was not expecting at all.
Can't recommend enough.

My bumper was damaged by hitting a rock wall. I took my Jeep to Caliber Collision-North where Tim was extremely helpful in getting my Jeep fixed fast and perfectly. Like nothing ever happened ~thank you

Excellent quality service all the way around! Recently had repair that was done in a timely manner; the staff kept in communication accordingly. Staff are professional and friendly. Honestly would not recommend. I dropped my car off in August and got it back 4 weeks later- however when I picked it up it wasn't fully fixed. They apologized and said they would make it right but had zero communication and didn't make any plans to get it fixed. I had to consistently call to make anything happen. It's now November and I finally got it back with subpar body work.
Really unimpressed with the customer service specifically. I would've been more understanding and patient if there was any communication/they seemed like they cared.

I can’t say enough great things about Craig and the team at Caliber Collision! Craig has worked on my car a couple of times now, and each time he’s gone above and beyond. Not only did he make sure the work was done beautifully, but he also took the time to advocate for me when my insurance tried to charge a betterment fee because of a prior dent on a bumper that already needed to be replaced.
It’s rare to find someone who truly fights for their customers the way Craig did, he genuinely cared, kept me informed every step of the way, and made the whole process so much less stressful. My car looks fantastic, and I’m beyond grateful for the outstanding service and support.
If you’re looking for someone who does quality work AND puts the customer first, ask for Craig. He’s the best!

Hi my name is Jim. I had an accident with my Ford flex. Took it to caliber to be repaired. The my insurance company gave some problems but caliber stood up and made it right. I was very happy with the whole experience even though it was rough in the accident. They made everything right. I made me feel good and I was able to get it done in a timely manner.
