My experience at care resources has been totally negative......my medication I have been taking for many may years thru another physician was abruptly CUT OFF end of story until my nurse called and to say I can take the medicine but could only relieve them once a week.....this caused major major panic and anxiety .....meds are delivered to your home at .....say 9:00pm so I'm pulling my hair out with no meds all ( I'll just get them myself) if this continues . There med delivery system is absolutely juvenile. They do not trust me one bit ,they are completely suspicious of me ....maybe they should be ,I know more about MY meds then they do . All I ask is treat me like you did In the beginning........how can I demonstrate the simple principle of learning by a mistake.......I have isolated the problem.....examined how it originated and feel confident that I have fixed it but how can I demonstrate that it will never happen again without being given a chance ......it was not a result of my actions in the first place, this is why the bad review.

I'm 77 years young, I have been in numerous instances programs, and I find that this one is the BEST one so far.. keep up the great work Sarah ( my Mexican connection) LOL..LOL

I have been an active participant at Care Resources for about 2 & half years. I have had a couple disagreements over this time. My grievance was handled swiftly and fairly.
Much of the problem was due to missunderstangs.
I have so much more to reveal when I get a chance.

Care Resources is amazing! I cannot express how much they have helped with my mom. I wish we would have started with them sooner. The case workers are great. Transportation is a service that has literally saved me from having to stress while at work and taking care of a young child. The Dr's and nurses truly care. Medications are taken care of. My mom loves playing bingo at the center. They have literally been a life saver, I highly recommend! They have many services.

My father has been enrolled in the PACE program with Care Resources for the past six years. Their services have been ideal and the staff is of the utmost in professionalism.
