Just moved to the area, found this car wash. Unfortunately you do not get what you paid for. I have the ultimate wash that is supposed to get an underbody wash. I just happened to look right after I got a wash, and there were dry areas on my undercarriage that would have easily been wet if you sprayed the bottom. Besides that, the dirt always remain on my vehicle. Just way too expensive for lousy service.
Update: their BS reply thanking me for a review and how they ensure good customer experiences rings hollow. Don’t even bother responding to customer reviews because you will not do anything about it. I requested a refund and your refused. Great customer service and “ensuring my quality experience”. You’re a bunch of clowns.
