Claim 464820975650001Recently, I made a deposit to Chase atm. For some reason, the machine took the cash and stopped working. I never received the deposit to my bank account, so I called the number on the receipt and informed the amount of the deposit somewhere between $526 and $1,400. I was in a rush, so I did not recount. I was informed that it would take up to 2 weeks for someone to get back to me.I will receive the remaining amount after the investigators open the atm to see what is the exact amount. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not heard anything back. I need an updates.I have been a customer with chase for over 7 years now, and this is very disappointing. I hope someone could help.

Had to do alot of transactions on one day they were nice to me about itLater in time I wasn't treated friendly that a policy they have isn't friendly to the individual customerThey MANY outweigh the single because of the policyBecause when you want to show them you are honest by counting coins in front of the teller so everything is legitThey would give you a coin roll have you roll the coins without the counting and teller presentSo I would show them I would not cheat or rob them of money in any way shape or formHowever that takes time in the bank to show themThe policy isn't friendly to the individualBecause of the volume of customersIt would be nice if the policy served each individual individuallyHowever it doesn'tIn a way because a manager was overseeing this I felt like I was a a criminal when I wasn't being one I like character was slander a bit in a wayLike when you have a employee follow you in a store because they view you a shoplifter when you aren't oneHow I feel is factualNot just a feelingI agree with Zach Schwartz from the review he posted

I normally dont post the negative but I am today. I have been trying to close my Moms account for a month now. She passed away in May. I have been given the run around, get this form, you need this you need that, but they never say what ALL I need while I am there. I have legal papers from the courts. I had to have the forms notarized twice. They did it the first time but the second time no because I dont have an account there. Now today after they tell me its good to go say I need her actual account number. If I had that to begin with I wouldn't have needed the rest

Not sure why there's so many negative reviews for this location, granted they are not my primary bank so I can't give a review based on that but I've never had a problem. Whenever I go in to get quarters they're always polite, friendly & reasonably quick.

Going into this chase bank, and honestly most Chase banks these days is a pretty painful and condescending experience. Anytime I walk in to perform a transaction, the first thing they do is tell me all of the things I could do to avoid coming in, using the ATM in the branch, using the ATM outside of the branch, using online banking in some type of manner. It’s like the number one goal is to not have any customers walking in to help.I am a 27-year-old man who works in IT, I have also worked at a bank, so I know all of my options and services. I go into the branch because I like the personal touch or I just find it easier to have one of the tellers help me vs pursuing another route. So maybe stop treating your customers like inconveniences and actual human beings. Thanks.

I had an appointment at 1300 and at arrive the said that is first come, first serve. I couldn't open the new account that I needed. There are other great financial institution that can take care of your money, I wouldn't say this is one of them.

TERRIBLE. Service . Will NEVER go back. Huntington is 100x better. Went to this dump to make an account and the “guy” with the girly hair and tight jeans said hes busy and he can work me in between other people coming in. What a CLOWN. Needs to get a better job maybe pushing carts at mejier.

I don't remember the guy's name, but when I went for assistance to open a checking account, he asked for my SSN number. I told him the first time, but he could not hear and asked me to say it louder. I mean, who asks for a SSN like that? He needs to ask me to write on a paper or something. Not sure how these guys got employed here. Very disgusting.

Wanted to make a cash deposit, because I was about to be admitted to the hospital and they refused because I didn't carry my ID I did have my debit card. And the girl was the girl that always cashes and deposits my checks. I asked her if she knew me, she said yes. So what's the problem? I'm not asking for money I only wanted to make a deposit!

Very friendly and helpful. The workers are taking precautions very seriously and was flexible with me since I don't have a car great conversation. Pamela is Amazing and Destiny was helpful. I don't have a bank account but I am highly thinking of getting one now with chase!

If I could give less than zero rating, Chase Bank would get it. Not this branch but all of them and particularly the auto title branch. Wherever they may me. I have called daily for my auto title to be sent for 2 months. Loan paid off in December 2019. Lies, deception, vague info, no results. I wanted to sell the vehicle. Lost the sale because I can't produce the title. They claim they are expediting it. They claim they have it. We gave an address to send it over two weeks ago. Nope, not here and no tracking info. More lies. Can't say enough of how terrible this bank is. Never ever will I go there for anything once this nightmare is over.
