Terrible customer service in the phone sales department.
So we run a rental hall for weddings, graduations and the like.
We just wanted to get a quote for mops, mats, soaps, dispensers, paper products. Especially since the business next door that owns this rental hall already gets your services weekly already.
The agent seemed lazy and didn't want to make a sale.
They seemed confused and assumed I wanted some other service she claimed they aren't providing right now.
It was a really weird interaction.
Well you're gonna not only going to lose a new customer, you'll probably lose a current one too.

CLS and Greg our delivery driver/rep does a great job taking care of us. If there are issues, he will take care of them quickly. Prices are competitive and fair. Thanks for the great work the company does for us.
