This place was pretty awesome!! They send regular updates via text and include pictures of things that need fixing and they do full inspection on the vehicle. Very pleased they diagnosed problem with my wife's Fiat and fixed car for very reasonable price

I live across the street and wanted to use a local repair shop to have my a/c recharged. Their pricing was not only competitive but they were extremely helpful and kind! I have even stopped in to ask for help putting air in my tire and they were so quick to help! Will continue using them for all my repair needs. Can’t recommend enough!

I dealt mainly with Madison in the office. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and communicative. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and for a better price than I'd had quoted elsewhere. I'd recommend them to anyone needing work done on their car!

I received excellent service this past week when I dropped my car off for oil change and updates needed. My tires were rotated, spark plugs changed and my key fob replaced. All things that needed to be done and were done in one appointment! Friendly reception when I arrived, conscientious driver taking me home and high quality work done on my car. This is why for the past 30 years I have been dealing with Community Automotive...you can count on them for excellent customer service and quality maintenance!

We have taken two different cars to this auto shop and have been dissatisfied with our experience both times. The first time we were told that an issue was fixed that wasn't actually fixed. The second time they ignored the problem we asked them about. Diagnosed a different problem and tried to charge us an enormous amount of money to fix something we didn't ask them to fix. In both of these situations my biggest frustration is the lack of communication along the way. They had our cars for roughly two weeks both of these times and we heard almost nothing about what was happening with our repair. I have taken my car to many car repair places over the years and it rarely takes as long as it does at CAR but when it does someone is in touch every step of the way letting me know what is going on.
