They never answer the phone. So frustrated with Costco tires. They are cheap as long as you have not problems with them. If you have any problems, they do everything they can to blame it on something else, if you can get in touch with them.

I had a great experience with a younger guy named Kade. He took the time to walk me through the issues my suspension was causing to my tires and graciously left his break to help me with my car. Excellent customer service and Excellent job Kade! You earned this review.

My husband popped his tire and was able to dive it to Costco. They got him in right away and replaced his tire within 2 hours. I seriously cannot believe the quick response from them. Thank you so much!

I had an appointment for 11 AM for a rotation of my tires and arrived 15 minutes early, as asked. It was 12:45 PM before my car was ready. That’s two hours (!) for a simple rotation—totally unacceptable. It’s obvious that the manager over scheduled for the workers available. I will not buy tires from Costco again due to this extremely poor experience. Back to Discount Tire.

Have been here a few times. I have made appointments every time and it’s always 2hrs+. Really not sure what the point of having an appt is at that rate.Last time I took a flat tire in for a patch. They said it could not be repaired because there was a nail through the sidewall and I would need new tires. Luckily I had inspected the tire beforehand. There were only two issues with their assessment:1) it wasn’t a nail.2) it wasn’t through the sidewall.I took it to Cascade Automotive and they repaired it immediately. I should have taken it there in the first place.

Lots of organic foods and good deals on big ticket items. Spices are so inexpensive. I always buy my toilet paper and paper towels there.

Amir, thinks he knows what is going on.He knows nothing about confronting allegedly rude customers.He's a mole on the back of a donkey.Amir doesn't deserve to be paid a dime.He used his tiny (chilito) robust body form to intimidate a male in the checkout aisle. Who then walked out because he had self control. I would have him fired.

Terrific selection, lovely staff, easy to get to location. While Costco is pretty consistent, this one seems to shine out from the crowd. I've always gotten the help I've needed!

I got here at 5:30 for a winter tire change. It is now almost 8 pm and he told me 20 more minutes. DO NOT COME HERE for a tire change. They told me at least 90 minutes wait each time. Absolutely ridiculous. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review too.
