Unauthorized charges added to my account and they want to act arrogant about it after I address the situation. This place is worse than boost and the employees are shady. Needs to be shut down ffs.

I had a very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman get me set up with a new phone today. He found exactly what I was looking for and transferred all my contacts and apps over by the time I walked out the door. I've had Cricket for a least 10 years now and have not had any issues. I'm sorry I didnt get the guy's name, but he provided A-1 service!

I went to the Cricket store on Plainfield Ave yesterday to update the credit card information on my account. I woke up today to find my account suspended. I had to pay an extra $10 to get the account reactive. The account should NEVER have been suspended in the first place.
I may have to switch to T-Mobile.

My phone didn't have any sound, so after reviewing the manual and playing with it for an hour, I went to Cricket on Alpine Ave. Maggie took charge of my phone and went to work. For over 20 minutes she must have tried any combination there was. Just about to give up, she looked into the earphone port and detected some lint balls on there. Well, a little pushing and blowing into the port, solved my problem. I am thankful for Maggie's diligence and patience. My positive experience is the same I had with your stores in Gaylord and Big Rapids (where Shannon took good care of me).
