Do not go to this CVS if you have any medical condition that makes you needing a bathroom, they do not have public restrooms! I have never heard of a pharmacy that has no public restrooms.

Went in for a passport photo, and the woman taking care of me was very pleasant and helpful.

Waited in a line of customers in the pharmacy from 1:15 and they shut down for lunch without willingness to help immediately at 1:30 despite a trail of customers. Very poor customer service.

Just switched from walgreens to cvs and This pharmacy is a joke. Theyre so slow, and every single time ive picked up prescriptions in the last 4 months the either dont have it, magically it appears after leaving messages. Pick any other pharmacy. Its also a pretty sketchy location. There has also been a smashed up car in the parking lot for over a month. People dump trash in the parking lot. Whoever manages this store needs to do their job.

I went here to pick up some prescriptions, they were quick and on time with that. However, this location is very sketchy and I didn’t not feel safe. There was car debris in the parking lot from a recent crash it seemed. A homeless woman came up to me and begged me to buy her stuff from the store. I then witnessed another man steal a bunch of stuff - scanned the self checkout and then walked out without paying. I wouldn’t feel comfortable coming back here.

Princeton at check-out works at CVS Lake Drive Pharmacy. He is very helpful, kind and polite. Plus, the store has a good selection of items I use.

Since the Chemist Shoppe at Blodgett shut down and all those prescriptions and customers were moved to this nearby CVS, this pharmacy has been a nightmare to visit.
Revolving staff and long wait times are just the beginning. They will not answer the phones, sometimes not even from other pharmacies. Trying to escape this pharmacy is nearly impossible because when you try to transfer your meds, the other pharmacy can’t get ahold of CVS.
When you walk in (because otherwise you’ll be waiting an hour in the drive through) the techs will likely be talking trash about another customer, lengthening your wait time.
Once you can get to the register and talk to someone, it moves smoothly, but there seems to be very little rush between customers and there’s never enough staff to deal with the volume of business this pharmacy now gets.
Take your meds elsewhere until CVS can hire enough people and pay them enough to stay and care.
