January 14, 2024 I went to cvs. Cashier Aamiyah cshr#2555954 she didn't offer any help. I purchased some snacks for my daughter and then I tried to add money to my chime card to send to my father who lives out of town. She didn't help and was stand offish, I handed her clean money from the ATM she didn't want to touch it. I will not return on the days Aamiyah works there!!!!!!Cshr#2555954 str#8292

JUSTIN is awesome. I needed a refill just like everyone else. I drive 30 minutes to come to his store. There is one 2.8 miles from me now. JUSTIN is so personable and I feel like I'm his only customer. Thank you JUSTIN for not making me feel like "just another " customer.

I have been using Walgreens for prescription services for20 years and recently I switched to CVS. I travel for work so I need nationwide services. So far, I have had prescriptions filled in several states and CVS pharmacy has been fantastic. Great staff, excellent service, and zero issues with filling my prescriptions. Thank you.

Wait times on the phone for pharmacy are horrible. The automated system can’t recognize it’s own systems requests. 20 minutes to request a refill because the system is janky. Shame on CVS first of all to allow staff to pick up and place a customer back on hold after waiting this long. I know if I drive up there they’d all be standing around. & saying “we’re short staff” is starting to become old.

What a joke. Just like just about every pharmacy in grandrapids. If u have a sceduled drug prescription they will mess with you. Make you wait hrs on end why they take care of anyone in the store buy you. I am calling the BBC and fed pharmacy overwatch group. Maybe we can get some new blood in there "CVS is WORTHLESS.

Just abysmal customer service. The person at the pharmacy drive thru was rude and made the simple process of picking up a prescription very frustrating. Honestly scratching my head wondering if I just spoke with a real human being.

Finally, a CVS drugstore that is organized. Every month it's difficult for me to get my prescriptions filled at the CVS that I've been using in a different area. They consistently make a mistake. This place is fantastic. They are skilled at what they do.

I have been pleased by the service I have gotten in the store, and the store. But the parking lot has always been disgusting. Trash everywhere. No one else's parking lots look like that. I think it is unacceptable for them not to clean it up, and keep our neighborhood looking decent. They told me they just don't have the staff. (for a 10 minute a day pick up?} Today, I, a 70 year old woman, took 10 minutes and picked up the majority of the trash in their parking lot. It's not that hard.
