Not sure who D&W is but we stopped by to grab some items. Took a walk through to see what all they had for us. Decent sized market. Bought some La Croix water, still water, green tea, hummus, carrots and a fruit bowl blend too. $36.74.

Just switched to D &W gaslight pharmacy after having continuous trouble with CVS and I couldn't be more pleased. Sheila was professional, prompt, courteous and helpful. Hope she stays forever!

I usually come here to grab a coffee and a snack while working in the area. Usually great. Today I was completely grossed out by the bathrooms- if you sell food here (in the upscale area!) shouldn't you have a rest room that has clean toilets and doesn't smell like URINE?? This is EGR - gross

My Grandmother bless her heart was at this d&w and asked some employees for a product and almost all of them said it was sold out. My grandmother told me she knew they weren't out and thankfully Patty was amazing and helped her and knew exactly where it was.

I give this store the highest grades possible on customer service & caring.Everyone goes above & beyond for the customers.Having said this why doesn't Spartan invest some time & money to make them proud!?The deli is understaffed ,closes early & has a disappointing array of choices .The deli staff does their very best & more. The meat department is the same. Why can't they have the perks of space & inventory that Breton ,Cascade & Knapp do?The Starbucks has the nicest baristas & the cashiers treat customers like they are family. So many of us shop daily there .We are so fond of the staff. Please spend some time & money to attract more business. We loyalists continue to shop there but are woefully aware of the inequities with the other branches I mentioned.

My husband and I were asked to leave D&W because we could not wear masks. We were told we weren't welcome to shop there. He said he was calling the police. Last time we'll be shopping there.

Well, the person behind the customer service desk was sitting in a wheelchair while the Male cashier named Nick I believe just stood there looking in space. The, I assume was 3rd shift, crew were very polite. Jamie helped me with all of my needs. Thinking front of the store needs retraining.

I came to D&W Fresh Market at The peak of a covid-19. The store is clean and fully stocked. I was able to get 25.00 off a spiral ham using a yes card. I registered during checkout. It was quick and easy. Sooo... I now have a 14.00 3.79LB Smithfield honey ham for Easter! I Look forward to see upcoming sales ! There is a Starbucks inside. As I do love Starbucks I decided to head to MIX across the way for a healthy birthday cake protein shake!Enjoy the sunshine, Jennah

I stopped in here while visiting Grand Rapids from Chicago this past weekend, because I wanted to buy some wine and beer for my sister and I as a little treat. My sister and I walked around a little bit before she decided she didn't want to walk around anymore, and I said I'd pick out some drinks and snacks, and she could hang out in the car. I didn't mind shopping alone until I accidentally KNOCKED OVER AN ENTIRE WINE DISPLAY, creating a mess of broken glass and spilled wine all over the red wine aisle. Immediately another customer nearby went and found help while I kept an eye on the mess, and a cheerful associate came over to help me, assuring me to not feel guilty because "this is [his] job! [he] gets paid to do this!" I thought this was extremely kind, because while technically this associate is on the clock, no one wants to clean up a huge mess like this at 12 on a Saturday... or at any time on any day. Another associate came by as well right after that and she was equally as cheerful. I guiltily walked into another aisle to pick a different wine, and once I made my selection headed to the self-checkout. Of course when I got there, I noticed that the bottle I'd chosen for its low price was *actually* only a low price for those with a rewards card. I hit the "call for help" button so I could cancel my purchase and go pick another item, and who shows up? The woman who just helped clean up my wine mess. She was extremely nice, still, and actually scanned her card so I could still get a low price on my wine! WHAT A SWEETHEART. Everyone I encountered here was much nicer to me than I probably deserved to be treated, since I walked through this D&W like a bull in a China shop. Thanks y'all, I really appreciate you so much. Sorry for making a mess, but thank you for being so kind to me.

The Deli is always closed 30 minutes before the store is and if you ask for something from the deli they say we are closed. I called to let the manager know and she said if you ring the bell and ask for help they will help you. I tried to explain this and the manager just wanted to argue with me. The pharmacy is always out so we already left the pharmacy. I would just suggest Meijer, service and prices are much better.

Way to Pricey... Quality is there... California prices in Michigan. Hmmm.
