Two days ago my husband went to get a new propane tank because the last one we got was faulty. The guy in there was very nice and didn’t even ask to see a receipt. We got new tank and I tried to use it and again the tank was faulty. My husband went back in and the female ( the one who wears a face mask) told him, he would need a receipt. He told her, that was not what happened a couple of days ago. They exchanged a few more words where he asked if there was a manager and she snidely said the manager was in the ER . He asked if there was no one she could contact, and she said “ I suppose.” He then said where is your customer service and then she rudely told him to get out of her store. This girl needs to be fired. Apparently after my husband went over to the D&W store across the parking lot, the manager there said they’ve had issues with her before. Then she needs to be fired.

Max is awesome! She’s always been super helpful and fast. I’ve walked in here on days where it’s just her and she’s helping 3 customers at once. Amazing speed and customer service! Will definitely come back if she’s there!

There are often broken card readers and the gas often comes out so fast it shuts off. A gas station has one job to do and this one fails about 3 out of 5 times.

First time into a D&W and I was pleasantly surprised. I loved this store and I am willing to pay a little bit more for a positive experience at a market. It was extremely clean and I will be back.

The younger African American guy that works here literally is the reason I come here. Makes my day every single time, and I can hear him doing the same with every single customer that comes in. It’s one of those things that although I have never written a review, I needed to say.

Friendly service, in and out just needed gas. Apparently since I was there they have done remodeling. If they did good for them it needed it. It was clean but looked dirty, needed a face lift.

All the pumps are out of paper, so you have to go inside to get a receipt. Annoying. Also difficult to read the pump. Otherwise good.

Always clean, friendly folks. Stocking is normally very reliable. The produce section normally does not disappoint. I am a fast lane user and I strongly recommend it unless you LOVE wandering grocery stores. I do not, so the app works for me!

My go to for groceries when price doesn't matter. Meat/ Seafood staff are my favorite team. Friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable & caring. Very little employee turnover in this dept. Deli staff has a lot of turnover and the service has been mediocre over the past eight years. However, a young woman named Max waited on me yesterday and she was phenomenal. Produce is always fresh and I love the discounted bananas. Beer and spirits are rock solid in terms of offerings and the gentleman who runs the wine/ spirit area is a gem.

I just left this store and purchased a doughnut that was all the way raw dough in the inside. Literally disgusting, this place has really went downhill. Take a tip from Forest Hills Foods cause they would never.

Great store and well organized. The bakery department is top notch. Our 5 yr old daughter requested a princess panda cake for her birthday and they were happy to accommodate. I believe it was Barb who made our cake, it was beautiful and our daughter was delighted. Thank you!
