Truly could not have asked for a better experience. My 8 year old got her ears done and I would recommend to any parent looking to get their kids ears pierced. Every part of the experience felt better than we could have imagined. Just cannot speak highly enough of Decorum!

A couple weeks ago, I suddenly realized that my nose ring of 7 years had fallen out and disappeared! I decided to stop into Decorum to see if they had any availability to set me up with a new piece of jewelry, and I had a wonderful experience. The shop was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and good vibes all around! The staff was super welcoming and eager to help me out, and so incredibly friendly with helping choose the right jewelry sizing. Would recommend this business to anyone looking for quality customer service and gorgeous jewelry/piercings! Thanks again!

Zoe was amazing! Very thorough with explanations, the service was lovely, and she was willing to have a conversation with me and the person I came with to help me through my nerves! I got both of my nipples done and the process was very easy thanks to everyone at Decorum. Could not recommend enough.

I worked with Zoe last year to get my first piercing ever, and started at an 8g, and from there we have been working my way up to (soon) a 00g. I'm really grateful for the team's professionalism and the energy they've devoted to helping me feel comfortable along this journey. When I've had questions or concerns they've always been quick to answer, or give me advice about my piercing concerns.

I saw Zoe tonight for my first ever body piercing (I only have some in my ears). So naturally I was anxious but super excited! The shop is SO cute, clean, and chill. They have an amazing assortment of jewelry. The whole process was easy and smooth, from making sure my jewelry was sterilized and I saw it happening, to the piercing itself. I would highly recommend this shop for any of your piercing needs!!

My experience was so lovely. The staff is so friendly, accommodating, considerate and the place is clean! The aesthetic is airy, refreshing and relatable. The jewelry that they have available is stylish and can meet a wide market.

Zoe is, with utmost emphasis, amazing! I had an appointment today just to buy new jewelry. She was detailed and transparent in her explanations without being condescending. She was also very consent-minded which, to be honest, in the moment felt silly (I mean, I was there for the specific reason to have her to help me with my piercing), but as I reflected on the way home realized showed true caring and empathy. While my visit was brief, it left a lasting impression. Thank you, Zoe!

Just had an amazing experience taking my son here for his first piercing. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, they definitely made the experience great and helped my son with his first time nerves. Would highly recommend!

Nichole was recommended to me to check out an issue with my current piercing (done at a different shop) and she was so kind and gave me her professional advice on what I should do. She gave me tips for how to care for it and what not to do in the future. 10/10 service and atmosphere! :)
