So I met Heather yesterday and we hit it off! She’s wonderful and I’m sad she’s leaving but today she was super helpful w the codes and doors. I’m glad she was there to assist! The place is clean and very nice. Thank you for the warm welcome.. yes Heather was great. However there were several people Living in their storage units. Couple times after hours I’d find people wandering around and pungent smells of pot. One guy was riding on a bike thru the place!!! And the elevator closest to my unit- moving out was a task- it had been out for quite a few days. Staff are helpful tho

Horrible U-Haul experience. Probably the worst U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. I had a reservation for Sunday, and the code for the lockbox was wrong. I called U-Haul customer service who asked me to try a different lock on a different box, but that lock was frozen and I couldn’t turn the dials. The sales manager for this location also didn’t answer U-Haul customer service, leaving me stranded in the snow. I will NEVER come back to this location for any service.

From the time i walked in the door. The staff was excellent helped me from start to finish with a peace of mind.Not to mention the cleanliness of the facility. With great security features. I will be recommending DEVON STORAGE TO EVERYBODY I KNOW……!!!!!!!

First time coming yesterday Elizabeth was very helpful and patient, I’m not sure what the other women’s name was but she also took time to help me look for my into storage when I was lost! They both were great!

Whatever you do, do not rent here!!!! I came back to my storage unit after it being there for 6 months mouse crap and pee every where!! Literally everywhere imaginable. I even asked before renting that they’re clean and they’ve never had any insects or mice and he assured me no. Not only that you pay $300 a month for this to happen. It’s all over my kids toys, couch, kitchen table, mattress anything and everything in that unit. I went searching to see if it was dead somewhere and I moved my mattress and box spring and it was alive between them! Absolutely disgusting!!
*Editing to add* I’ve tried contacting them regarding this situation with both the phone number and email and they have no returned my calls. They do not care.
