Had a discrepancy with my bill. Talked to the manager about it and he totally made it easy on me and gave me a credit back without any question. Greatly appreciate his understanding. Totally great guy! Makes me want to go back and buy tires from them whenever needed.This location of Discount Tires does a great job at some killer pricing. From the pricing to the installation they all do an excellent job. I’d highly recommend them.

Great place to buy tires, but the appointment scheduling is beyond flawed. Expect to wait over 1 hour after your appointment time for your vehicle to even get on the lift. Specifically told the manager the tire pressures were different for front and rear on my truck and they still got it backwards. Will pay money for rotations in the future to save time which is more valuable over subpar service

Not sure why they advertise free air checks to their customers. This is the 2nd time I have been turned away when I needed to have my tires filled. Thankfully Firestone was able to help.

Horrible place, set an appointment with us for tires and we car pool there for no service, no apology just straight lies and discount tire doesn't ever have your tire in stock....

Made an appointment for a repair due to a nail in my tire. Arrived 10 mins early and checked in. Viewed the tire with a tech who said it was repairable then walked inside where he told me it wasn’t and I needed a new tire. I bought my tires from them and when I purchased them they told me I paid extra for warranty that any new tire or repairs would be free. Today I was told I still had to pay to re-certify the new tire. I called 4 days before my actual appointment where they said it would only take about 10-15 minutes to repair my tire either route. Today they told me it would be an hour. I did not have that amount of time with my busy work schedule. Bad communication all around from the start. I opted to go back on Monday all while a customer who came two people after me got taken care of and the other tech told her they would put a new tire on her vehicle right away with no appointment. Terrible prioritization and customer service all around.I will not be back to this location, unfortunately. Very disappointed in the lack of care of willingness to stick to their word. Not to mention I got a text 20 minutes after I left saying my appointment was cancelled!!! This staff was entirely comical.

They don’t answer their phone, tried calling all day for three days in a row after an issue, and they never answered. I’ll take my business back to Belle Tire

I purchased tires from this office 2 months ago . Today the air pressure in 1 tire was way down to 18lb after talking to the service person, he put air in the tire and said drive it some more if it goes down again come in we will check it again. Well now it is down to 30 from 36lb. I was told to call and make another appointment. Sad sad.

Stopped by to get a low tire filled and my valve stem cap wouldn’t come off. Spoke to someone who let me know that they could help but there would be a long wait. I have to work soon and was pretty worried. By some miracle they were able to fit me in, fix my issue and had me back on the road in no time. Thankful that they were able to hep me on such a busy day.

I had a slow leak in my Tire. I.brought it in and Jaylees and Mike were Fantastic. They repaired my tire at not cost because I am a Veteran. I am very grateful and will make discount tire on Plainfield my guy for tires. Thank you

First off, they always do a great job here and I'm always satisfied with the service I get as far as actual tire replacement goes. What I don't appreciate is the fact that every time I set up an apppintment, I wait nearly an hour before they ever get my car in the bay to start working on it. Guys, what is the point of appointments if you're always overbooking and making me wait as long as if I just did a walk in? Incredibly frustrating.

Showed up for my 10:15 appointment, the guy at the counter told me they were over booked and couldn’t tell me when they would be able to get it done. Still waiting in the lobby currently an hour later and my car was just brought into the bay. The company sets their employees up to fail with the over booking. There’s a lot of upset customers here confused on why it’s going to take over an hour to start even when they had an appointment.

I had new tires installed today. I made an appointment for 10 am and was told they were running behind due to staffing. I ended up waiting for about 2 hours. As a former business owner, I understand that staffing is tough. I could see that they were working as fast as they could. I was given several updates and apologies during the wait. As I sat there, I observed several customers being incredibly rude to the staff members working at the counter. The employees were very professional and tried to do what they could to please the customer. The lobby was clean, there are restrooms, coffee and water available while you wait. I will be back next time I need to purchase tires. Thank You!

I had a problem here when a smaller size than what I ordered was installed, 5 tires including the full-size spare. I believe how mistakes are made right with the customer perhaps means just as much as getting it right the first time. Jaysen, Jason, Kevin, Fred and Mike have all done a great job for me at this location. These guys work hard and have your best interest at heart! Thank you!!
