  3 items marked as one dollar came to over seven dollars. She made me go show her the prices with my bad back and hip and then just wasted my time from there with this psycho babble and going on and on.....and on. It was hot and I had been uo since 4 am that morning. It was about 2:30 in the afternoon. My experience was like going through the door to a bad place you spell with he .double hockey sticks. 😱 BAD PLACE.

  In the past 2 months, I have came to the store on a last minute trip where I needed something and this store was close to my house. More than three times I have came up to the door and saw a sign that says "Store Closed Due to Staffing Issues."
  
  I don't know what happened to the store manager as I haven't seen her lately but someone needs to control this situation. What are they doing to fix this situation? There are so many people that are looking for work and could use a job. Seriously, this is a huge inconvenience for me and others in the neighborhood.
  I won't be stopping by for a while because I am tired of getting disappointed.

  Updating my review from single star to 5 star. I think the store is now under new management. Their assistance is good and the aisle is fully stocked.

  Lol tried working here so you guys could shop at some point and on my first day CERIAH Williams assaulted me multiple times. Will never be coming back to this store and I suggest no one shop here!!! Fyi they have a man currently working there who has a felony for murdering his child so if you do shop there be safe!

  Community members please be aware that this location is not truthfully. Today, was my 3 time going to small shop there and a note was on the door, saying they’re close for stocking. This is purely a location that is never stocked and never organized. Don’t waste your time.

  Store is never open. Some days it will be closed "for stocking" but then the rest of the week it will just be closed anyway due to lack of workers.

  Unfortunately, every time I have tried to shop here, it has been closed. I think that it's time to have a "going out of business" sale and let someone else utilize the property to it's fullest potential.While I understand that we are trying to "clean it up for our customers", "restocking" (although, I am quite confused why we need to restock when every time I have tried to shop here, and that could be a weekday or weekend, it's ALWAYS CLOSED, so what are we trying to restock and this has been going on for months so what about expired items?), or "hiring". I, too, work in a field where we have or still are experiencing staffing shortages so I understand how hard it is to find competent, reliable, dependable employees that actually want to work and earn their worth and not just make $20 an hour for 5 hours but I think that it's time to focus on this particular store to get it where it should be.I have lived in the Standale/Walker area for 23 years and this is my go to for items that I just do not want to go to a big name chain store for.It's time for the "Corporate Partners" to step up and do their job. Help this store or move on so we, loyal customers, can decide where our next Dollar General location will be and not pray all the way to the store in hopes that they will be open.

  Never open. Store is dirty and has stock everywhere on the floor to the point you can't walk around. Staff is overly rude, this location should be closed

  They’re closed for stocking when it says they’re open on the web? Also horrible customer service when it comes to know when they will finish.

  I left my wallet there earlier but the cashier made sure to run outside after me! Thank goodness for honest people!
