The worst place to go to... the employees will over charge you at the register! and then get angry you asked for your money back.. the cashier struggles with comprehension and calculation please avoid this place if u don't want to get scammed.

If I could give this store a zero I would. I just went into the store, I saw a lady as I was getting diapers and she was on the phone right, so I went and grabbed diapers, then I got into line. There was a lady and a guy in front of me. A lady yells to the front, is there no one there? The guy says no. The same lady on the phone is the cashier. The cashier starts talking and the customer asks, what did you say? To the cashier. Cashier says oh I'm on the phone. Ummmm excuse me??? What??? Is this what the world has come to? Is this what we are doing for customer service now? I am still in shock that this lady was on the phone while serving customers. As I was checking out, the cashier says to someone on the phone, Girl, I don't have to pick up shifts I am the store manager. Ummmm what??? Lol the store manager? I just....I don't know man. The most ridiculous thing I have ever seen and I have seen some crazy things.

If I could give zero I would. 6:00 on a Sunday doors locked, hours say 8-9 everyday. Lady was in there stocking. Knocked a few times and she was actively ignoring us. Looked up when we knocked but kept on doing what she was doing. Absolutely terrible.

Absolutely disgusting store I have been to in a long time..the store is filthy.the floors are black haven't been cleaned in a very long time..stock all over the floors the shelves are never stocked always bare..you can't walk down the halls..the employees are very rude to you..they get mad when your at the check out cause they don't want to wait on you.i think it's time they close this place down for good..where is the health department at why would they allow this to happen and allow them to stay open

If I could give this a zero star review I would. Extremely rude customer service as employees cant even stop talking on the phone to actually do their job. Store always has stock everywhere making it hard to even walk down the aisles.

Been in Dollar General on Leonard N.E and I must say most of the cashiers at this store are rude & not friendly .They act like they're doing you the favor by letting you shop at their store what happened to being friendly to the customer and greeting them when they enter the store

Awful their coupons are miss leading and don't trust management they don't have a clue to what they are talking about , I will never stop foot back into a Dollar General store again. Spent more than I could have saved taking a trip to my local Meijers.

None of them have stocked shelves nor Plainfield nor Leonard everything on carts in boxes makes it hard to shop and the stores are filthy!!Makes me not want to shop in them but they are all I can affordIt’s sad the rich get CLEAN & Stocked stores like Meijers n Target etcBut we poor get dirty filthy floors shelves no stocked shelves it’s like standing in a Food Bank line but it’s a store!Leonard street some of the men people not very nicePlainfield they are nice but still dirty storesIt’s PatheticNice neighborhoods dirty storesIf I could I do No stars because that’s what they deserve!!!
