They didn't have enough carts for the customer they all was fill with stuff going to be on the shelf I walk with a cane you couldn't walk down the aisle fill with boxes carts the store looks like a junk store very messy and unorganized the staff very unfriendly

Can't speak to the actual store but clowns keep parking in the clearly marked "NO PARKING" directly in front of the store in the lane. It happens all the time and its not necessarily the stores fault but they are compliant with folks parking there. And really, its just lazy on the people that park in the lane. The parking lot is literally next to the lane.

So I called up to the store at 9:20to confirm that they're open till 10. Awesome Get in my car drive 25 minutes there, I arrive around 945. All the lights are off pitch black side girls got a car parked right in front of the door some white car just waiting running so I go pull the doorhandles both locked. I see her inside. I was like ma'am I just called. I drove along way to come here. I just gotta pick up a few things, she's then explained that she can't do no transactions at all. The money is been put away and blah blah blah so I'm pissed first of all. She lied to me on the phone. Otherwise we came all the way out here to hold this stupid dollar tree now it's after 10 it's 953. I can't make it to target or nowhere else said I wanna go tonight because of this woman I am beyond pissed off so much that I will never shop at a dollar tree again because of her lies and then why she standing in the door wait until 10 o'clock to punch out, she's getting paid not to serve customers! If this was one of my employees, she definitely would not have a job anymore because she don't appreciate it all she had to say on the phone when she's closing, but that's not the case she didn't. She's getting her paycheck until 10 o'clock. Thanks for ruining my night and my party tomorrow morning.

First time at this Location, upon Arrival Walking in Me and My Mother could hear the Lady Manager was Yelling at the Employee lady Why she hadn’t stocked up for the Holiday Weekend. First of All I feel that was very Unprofessional of the Manager Same on You BIG BULLY , Secondly the store Appears to Be Very Short Staffed , You Need more Employees to Do the Stocking of the shelfs . So more inventory can be sold .
I felt bad for the lady on the Receiving End Of the Scolding. The UPSIDE She was a Trooper and I give her all the Credit in the world for Not walking Out . KOODLES to The Employee you’re A CHAMP ??

This location is always a hot mess. A few months ago there was someone working there who I assumed was the manager and the store looked amazing everything was in it's correct place, but I haven't seen her so it's back to being hot mess again.

The freezer section has been almost completely empty for a week. Some aisles you can barely get through because there are boxes everywhere. A lot of items out of stock. Friday you could only pay with cash because the card reader was down and they didn’t have enough help to reset it or open another lane. Most of the time there’s only one cashier and a huge line backed up through the store. Surprised they can even keep this location open. I feel bad for anyone working there these days.
