Needed small Christmas metal containers to gift seasonal cookies. Found them! Always have unusual things. They have the nicest customers. Currently I am walking with a cane & am a bit clumsy. Had so may folks help me out. Merry Christmas to Dollar Tree's wonderful customers!!

The manager and the employee had nothing nice to say to me coming in and buying merchandise. They will openly tell you they don't want you in there for business as it was still more than 10 minutes before close and they make announcements over the speaker that they close while I am the only customer because they say "we can't have you hanging around forever." I purchased my soap and bottle of pop still 10 minutes before close but I won't be coming back for anything again.

This Dollar Tree Store is one of the nicest stores in Grand Rapids, MI. The store where all types of items is available for our customers to choose. This Dollar Tree also has a nice, patient, and kind staff who are there to help customers to find something, show them where the item is located, and to check them at the end of their shopping.

I found Hard Candy Made by Coastal Bay ConfectionsAssorted fruit flavors 10 oz bagThere round disk. I had been looking for this type candy at other stores Meijer walmart's Dollar general D&W and they didn't have any and here at Dollar tree in Cascade I find them. Thank You Dollar tree for carry these I love them and there good to use when your thorat is a little scratching and a slight cough it helps sooth it.

Our quick stop at Dollar Tree took longer than I expected. We were looking for a few specific items for a birthday get together. It some time to find what we wanted but then we were ready to check outThat's where the time started to move at a glacial pace. The single checker was gracious but overwhelmed with customers. I guess they don't have money to hire more help. But that is where the experience went sour.

Staff member, Ms. Karen was the most polite, courteous and caring person I have ever encountered in a Dollar Tree! She was very attentive and customer service oriented. In a world where this name has quite the stigma, all places of employment should have a “Karen” like this!!
